Q: What is my username and password?
A: Your username and password is the same as the one you use for the MLS system. If you forgot your password, please contact us.

Q: Why can't I see all of my listings?
A: Open houses can only be posted for active listings. If you have other listings, check the status in MLX and make the necessary changes there. The MIAMI Open House data base is updated nightly, so all changes to your listing on MLX will show up the next morning on the MIAMI Open House database.

Q: The property information (price, address, directions, etc.) is incorrect, how can I change it?
A: Since all property information comes from MLXchange, you will need to make the necessary corrections there. The MIAMI Open House data base is updated nightly, so all changes to your listing on MLX will show up the next morning on the MIAMI Open House database.

Q: When is the deadline for submitting a Broker Open?
A: The deadline is different for each area. Below is a chart.

Q: How can I hold an Open House for someone else's listing?
A: They need to log in and schedule it, entering your phone number for the contact number.

Q: Can I post an open house for farther into the future?
A: No, you can only post an open house for the upcoming week.

Q: How do I get a list of Open Houses?
A: On the website, you can click on View Open Houses. Or you can sign up to automatically receive a list by e-mail each week.

Q: How can I subscribe to the email list?
A: If you are a MIAMI Member: Login with the Member Login link, then click on "Email Signup" and follow the instructions.
A: If you are not a MIAMI Member: Click on Non-Member Email Signup and follow the instructions.
